About the Program

Our program offers evaluation and treatment of upper and lower extremity conditions as well as those affecting the spine. Those attending the class should wear appropriate clothing allowing assessment and treatment of all body regions covered. This means sports bras and shorts for women and t-shirts and shorts for men. This is an interactive class that  incorporates the use of low tech rehab equipment during treatment. We will teach you how to treat soft tissue/fascial conditions with the use of instruments and hands. You DO NOT have to have prior experience in soft tissue techniques using hands or instruments to attend our class. We will show you how to use both hands and instruments during the weekend. A 30 minute break will be given each day. You will need to bring snacks to class including water or other drinks. Each participant will receive a CD containing all course materials taught.

We will also teach you how to tape using Spider Tech Kinesiology Tape for each body part taught in class and demonstrate nerve flossing in the upper extremity. In addition, we will incorporate the use of the OPTOGait system, a system that allows you to take a baseline analysis, treat, then re-evaluate immediately when available. This innovative method of analysis gives the clinician an opportunity to see immediately if their treatment intervention was effective. This system will not be available in all locations.
