Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy:  Refunds of registration fees, less an administrative fee of $50.00, will be made on cancellations received prior to a deadline of two weeks before the class.  Cancellations made within two weeks of a class will be subject to a $100.00 administrative fee.

Registration fees can be applied to a different class without penalty or fee.

Price Changes: If you have a seminar credit on file and the price of that seminar has increased since you paid, you will have to pay the price difference.  If you cancel a course and keep it on hold when you are a student and want to use it after your student discount has expired (6 months after graduation),  you will also be responsible for paying the difference in price in order to attend the course.

FAKTR reserves the right to alter dates, times, locations, content and faculty, when absolutely necessary.
